CONSTANTIN FLONDOR (born December 16, 1936, in Cernauti) is a Romanian painter, who lives and works in Timisoara. He is the co-founder of the Prolog Group (1985, together with Paul Gherasim, Horia Bernea, Ion Grigorescu, Matei Lăzărescu, Christian Paraschiv, Horea Paștina and Mihai Sârbulescu). He was a high school teacher at the School of Fine Arts in Timisoara (1962-1991) and played an important part in modernizing the art education of the high school. From 1991 to 2002 he was a university teacher at the University of Arts of the West University of Timișoara and has been a university consultant since 2002.
