LORETA ISAC-COJOCARU is a curious freelance visual development artist and Illustrator. She studied arts in Iaşi and currently lives and works in Bucharest. She likes to introduce her story as “once upon a dreamer” and her journal is a special one, a result of her drawings, paintings, illustrations and design: “It is like collecting frozen moments, a reality that you have to feel in order to understand”. Loreta loves both digital and painting as long as she is able to draw anytime, anywhere, whatever comes to her mind. She gets her inspiration from all that surrounds her – people, nature, happenings, emotions she cannot explain.Her whimsical characters, subversive undertones and distinctive imagery represents a major motif in Loreta’s work, that resembles the Japanese kawaii (cute) neo-pop culture.
